At Nature Hills Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical-inspired fashion. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
